We are pleased to announce a new service Dementia Connect, Cambridgeshire. Dementia affects everyone differently. Whether you, a loved one, a friend or neighbour need dementia support, we’re here for you. It’s a new personalised dementia support service for anyone affected by dementia The aim is to reach every person living with or affected by dementia and to extend the reach to support families in care homes.
